Refund Policy

1. How Requests Are Reviewed

After payment, our team reviews each request to verify that the information provided in the Rules of Engagement form is accurate and complete. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

2. Grounds for Declining a Request

We reserve the right to decline any request, including but not limited to:

• We cannot verify the requested domain or application
• The scope falls outside our service capabilities
• The request appears to target systems not owned by the applicant
• Incomplete or inaccurate information was provided

3. Declined Request — Full Refund

If your request is declined, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason, followed by a full refund processed within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Pre-Assessment Cancellation

If you cancel your order before our review team has begun work, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at info@ciphrr.com with your order reference within 24 hours of purchase.

5. After Assessment Has Begun

Once our team has started the security assessment (you will receive a confirmation email), no refunds are issued as work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if less than 25% of the scope has been completed.

6. Quality Disputes

If you believe the delivered report does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ciphrr.com. We will review and provide remediation or a partial refund if the issue is verified.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email info@ciphrr.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
