By accessing or using services provided by Cipher PRO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Cipher PRO LLC provides cybersecurity assessment and penetration testing services including Quick Scans, Deep Scans, and Full Security Audits for business websites and web applications.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to engage our services on behalf of your organization.
Before any security assessment begins, you must complete and submit our Rules of Engagement form, which requires:
By submitting the ROE form, you confirm under penalty of law that all information provided is accurate and that you have full authority to authorize the requested assessment.
Our services are only performed on systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Providing false information in the ROE form constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of payment, and potential legal action.
Payment is collected at the time of order submission. All requests are subject to review. If a request is declined, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days per our Refund Policy.
All findings, reports, and communications are strictly confidential. We will not disclose your vulnerability data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
Cipher PRO LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All reports and deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and services are delivered, after which ownership transfers to the client.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
